Education was the focus of my contract with Autodesk – personally in my first corporate role, for our customers through many customer learning programs I developed and executed, and for my team as I taught new workflows and processes to support continued growth and success. I grew the cornerstone customer education initiative exponentially through user-focused process enhancements and strategic, promotional campaigns.


  • Launched product, industry, and persona-specific webinar programs focused on learning content and community involvement.

    • Designed and implemented program registration, notification and followup processes. 

    • Established and optimized promotional plans including email campaigns, social media, forums, and other channels. 

  • Developed pilot initiatives for named accounts (account-based marketing, ABM) to maximize potential of core educational customer nurture and adoption programs and deepen customer relationships, encouraging mutually beneficial growth. 

  • Partnered with multiple teams across the organization to launch multiple key customer service initiatives.

    • Concepted and helped launch and promote a new self-guided, project-based learning experience.

Growth was the theme of my five-plus years at IBM iX: personal, team, company and client. I challenged myself, mentored my team, and guided clients on many fronts resulting in national recognition and growth for both clients and the agency. I also worked to ensure consistency and quality through several office moves and transitions. 


  • Led client service for technology clients – cloud, hardware, software, and accessories – across multiple offices.

    • Facilitated multiple client transitions including onboarding, strategic growth and development, rejuvenation and departure.

  • After exceeding annual Microsoft client forecast twofold, achieved 700% growth within first half of following year.

      • Managed launch development and production across multiple IT/technology teams while facilitating a CMS migration.

      • Post-launch, continued site optimization to increase prospect acquisition and lead generation through to conversion including A/B and multivariate testing, SEO, SEM, and social media integration.

    • Following the success of the website redesign launch, built and launched the global, omnichannel, data-driven lifecycle marketing and lead nurture programs for Office 365 for small business and enterprise prospects. 

    • Continued client growth momentum into new Microsoft businesses including Corporate Marketing and Retail.

  • Introduced gamification to Autodesk in-trial audience to increase trial engagement resulting in over 40% increase in trial usage and 10% more trial downloads during the program.

At Alcone I broadened my CPG and retail product marketing experience, working with the Chiquita Innovation team and Clearwire, mobile broadband provider. I facilitated the launch of a Logitech CRM program and Intuit email campaigns.

My focus at H5M was sports, cause and event marketing. I led evolution of three key Liberty Mutual programs: Responsible Sports, Be Fire Smart and Learn Return. The virtual homes for these programs featured multiple signature programs to drive traffic and consumer engagement with the brand. My innovative event marketing concept, a wine and barbeque tailgating tour, introduced Ravenswood Wines to untapped consumers, exceeding sampling goals. 


  • Achieved 475% user community growth for a Liberty Mutual youth sports program through development and implementation of an integrated loyalty marketing campaign. Facilitated search optimization, media testing, and design enhancements. 

    • Conceived, designed, and launched a secondary signature program, exponentially broadening reach into target markets.

    • Guided overall Liberty Mutual email marketing, including an award-winning youth sports CRM program.

  • Concepted event marketing tour; provided on-site support for Ravenswood tailgating roadshow.

  • Managed development and production of five Visa marketing catalogs, featuring lifecycle strategy and planning tools for customer acquisition, activation, usage, retention/loyalty and attrition stages of the consumer journey. 

    • Catalog projects included physical printed kits, sample materials, and supporting websites for marketer education and online ordering, eCommerce, and fulfillment. 

    • Developed direct-marketing materials (print and digital) including targeted loyalty programs featuring tiered-usage partner offers, in-branch materials, and other marketing support tools.

  • Launched Visa’s global partnership with the Walt Disney Company. 

    • Organized onboarding and rollout packages with creative and brand integration guidelines. Built image library for all Disney programs for North America and support imagery for Europe and Asia.

    • Implemented the Disney/Visa approval process through production of a toolkit website and submission registry/log.
